GLOBE-X Campers are premium, hand built expedition campers for tray back 4WD utilities with specific models to suit Landcruiser 79 Series and Nissan GU Patrol.
The camper is manufactured using a bonded aluminium construction method on a fully galvanised steel chassis and uses insulated foam core composite for the roof and a lightweight aluminium core laminated composite for the internal fit-out.
The pop-top section is constructed using a unique insulated system developed by us through extensive international research to reduce heat loss and mitigate issues with condensation.
The angled shape of the body ensures that the vehicles 4WD capabilities are not impeded by the addition of a camper. Furthermore, the design of the camper allows for maximum security of the internal living area whilst in transit or left unattended.
The design purposely uses no LPG for simplified overseas travel and the dimensions allow for more secure sea-container shipping to international destinations.
The camper unit has been extensively all-terrain tested in all weather conditions over a 5 year period across 47 countries and has easily withstood the rigours and demands of extended off grid 4WD travel.
